Terms of Service

Effective Date: October 2, 2026

1. Scope & Service Agreement

These Terms of Service govern all custom plating, 24k gold, brilliant nickel, deep relief engraving, and grip custom work performed by Tony's Gold Plating. By submitting a quote request, placing an order, or shipping items to us, you accept these terms in full.

2. Orders & 50% Non-Refundable Deposit

All custom projects require a 50% non-refundable deposit prior to commencement of work. Final balances, including applicable return shipping and insurance charges, are due upon project completion prior to return shipment.

3. Shipping & Federal FFL Compliance

We strictly adhere to all Federal, State, and local laws governing firearms. All serialized firearm frames or complete firearms must be shipped in full compliance with ATF regulations. Serialized firearms shipped by individuals or dealers are handled strictly through licensed Federal Firearms License (FFL) channels as mandated by federal law.

Note: Tony's Gold Plating does not offer firearms for sale. We provide custom finishing, plating, and engraving services only.

4. Warranty & Craftsmanship

We guarantee master-level craftsmanship and defect-free application on all 24k gold, nickel, and engraving work upon delivery. Normal wear and tear, improper chemical cleaning, abuse, or unauthorized alterations after return are excluded from warranty coverage.

5. Limitation of Liability

Tony's Gold Plating is not liable for loss or damage occurring during third-party transit beyond fully insured carrier policy coverage limits.

By opting in via our quote or inquiry form, you agree to receive text messages regarding your custom finishing quote, project approval steps, FFL shipment status, and customer service follow-ups.

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on project activity.
Rates: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier.
Opt-Out: Text STOP at any time to cancel text alerts. You will receive a final confirmation message.
Help: Text HELP or email support@tonysgoldplating.com for customer support.
Carrier Liability: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the state laws of the primary operating jurisdiction of Tony's Gold Plating.
