1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing or utilizing the services provided by Tony's Gold Plating, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern all interactions with our website, order submissions, and the fulfillment of our custom firearm finishing services. If you do not agree to all terms and conditions set forth herein, you must refrain from utilizing our services.
2. SERVICES
Tony's Gold Plating specializes in premium, high-end firearm customization. Our core offerings include, but are not limited to:
- 24k Gold Plating
- High-Polished Nickel Plating
- Precision Engraving
- Custom Grips
DEALER PROGRAM & ORDERS
3. DEALER PROGRAM
Tony's Gold Plating provides an exclusive Dealer Program designed for FFL holders and volume partners. Authorized dealers receive access to tiered wholesale pricing, priority processing times, and dedicated support. To maintain active dealer status, accounts must meet minimum annual volume requirements. We reserve the right to revoke dealer pricing for inactive accounts, violations of these terms, or failure to comply with local and federal firearm regulations.
4. ORDERS AND PAYMENT
The following procedures and terms apply to all orders placed for custom plating, finishing, or engraving services:
- All orders must be submitted via our official portal or an authorized dealer channel.
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to commence any custom plating or finishing work.
- The remaining balance, including applicable taxes and shipping fees, is due in full prior to final return shipment.
- We accept all major credit cards, certified checks, and wire transfers. Cash is not accepted for mail-in orders.
- Quoted prices are subject to change without prior notice; however, locked-in deposits secure the quoted rate for a period of 60 days.
REGULATIONS & SHIPPING
5. FIREARM REGULATIONS
Tony's Gold Plating operates in strict compliance with all federal, state, and local firearms laws. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that any firearm or component sent to us is legally owned and permitted in their jurisdiction. We reserve the right to refuse service on any item that appears to violate applicable laws or regulations.
6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
All serialized firearms must be shipped to and from our facility in accordance with Federal Firearms License (FFL) regulations. You must include a copy of your dealer's FFL with your shipment.
- Serialized frames and receivers must be shipped overnight via a common carrier (e.g., FedEx, UPS) from an FFL dealer.
- Non-serialized parts (slides, barrels, grips) may be shipped directly to us via USPS, FedEx, or UPS.
- Return shipping for serialized firearms will only be made to a valid FFL.
- Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, including insurance.
- Tony's Gold Plating is not liable for items lost, damaged, or delayed in transit by the carrier.
WARRANTY & RIGHTS
7. WARRANTY AND RETURNS
We stand behind the craftsmanship and unparalleled quality of our luxury firearm finishes. We offer a strict 30-day warranty claim window originating from the date of delivery. Any claims regarding perceived defects in gold plating, nickel plating, custom engraving, or general finishing must be formally submitted in writing within this exact period. After 30 days, all sales and finishes are considered fully final, accepted as is, and exempt from warranty remediation.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All exclusive designs, custom engravings, logos, and proprietary finishing techniques showcased, conceptualized, or executed by Tony's Gold Plating remain our sole and exclusive intellectual property. Clients, dealers, and third parties may not reproduce, distribute, replicate, or claim ownership of our custom finish designs or branded materials without explicit, prior written consent from Tony's Gold Plating.
LIABILITY & GOVERNANCE
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Tony's Gold Plating shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not responsible for any pre-existing defects, damage during transit by third-party carriers, or misuse of the final product.
10. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tony's Gold Plating, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity.
11. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of, or related to them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the jurisdiction in which Tony's Gold Plating operates, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms or the services provided shall be instituted exclusively in the applicable federal or state courts.

12. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
Tony's Gold Plating reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes. By continuing to access or use our services after any revisions become effective, you explicitly agree to be bound by the updated terms.
If you do not agree to the new terms, in whole or in part, you must stop using our website and services immediately.
